Remove surface contamination using a suitable detergent and high-pressure fresh water washing. For application over aged\/existing epoxy or polyurethane paint films, the surface must be abraded\/roughened before coating.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"16\">Application Conditions<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17\">The application temperature range is 5\u2013<span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"35^\\circ\\text{C}\" data-index-in-node=\"39\">$35^\\circ\\text{C}$<\/span>, with relative humidity (RH) below 85%. The substrate surface temperature must be at least <span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"3^\\circ\\text{C}\" data-index-in-node=\"147\">$3^\\circ\\text{C}$<\/span> above the dew point, and both temperature and humidity should be measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Application is not recommended when the substrate surface temperature exceeds <span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"40^\\circ\\text{C}\" data-index-in-node=\"349\">$40^\\circ\\text{C}$<\/span>. Do not apply paint during adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, heavy winds, or sandstorms.
