For concrete substrates, the surface must be sound, dry, free of hollows\/voids, and free of loose dust, with a moisture content of <span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"\\le 8\\%\" data-index-in-node=\"253\">$\\le 8\\%$<\/span>, and ground smooth. Loose or weak substrates require consolidation treatment. Existing\/old paint films must be thoroughly abraded\/roughened and cleaned prior to application.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"17\">Application Conditions<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18\">The application temperature range is 5\u2013<span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"35^\\circ\\text{C}\" data-index-in-node=\"39\">$35^\\circ\\text{C}$<\/span>, with relative humidity (RH) below 80%. Application under damp, condensing, or rainy conditions is strictly prohibited to prevent the paint film from blistering or whitening. Do not perform outdoor application during high winds, sandstorms, or heavy fog. In case of skin contact, wipe with a dedicated thinner first, then wash thoroughly with soap and water.
