Formerly known as Shengli Oilfield Linpan Labor Service Center, the company was established in September 1985 and successfully restructured in December 2006, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. It has been recognized as a “Provincial Advanced Enterprise,” “Provincial Contract-Honoring and Credit-Reliable Enterprise,” and “Provincial AAA-Rated Enterprise.”
