Surface Preparation

  • Abrasive blast-cleaning to Sa2.5 grade.

Application Conditions

  • Temperature & Humidity: The application temperature range is $10 \sim 30^\circ\text{C}$ with a relative humidity (RH) below 85%. The substrate surface temperature must be at least $3^\circ\text{C}$ above the dew point.

  • Measurement: Temperature and humidity should be measured in the immediate vicinity of the substrate.

  • Constraints: Application is not recommended if the substrate surface temperature exceeds $40^\circ\text{C}$. Do not apply during adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, or heavy sandstorms.

Coating System Compatibility

  • Subsequent/Subsequent Topcoats: Epoxy Mio Barcode Primer (Epoxy Micaceous Iron Oxide Primer), High-Build Epoxy Mio Primer, High-Build Chlorinated Rubber Topcoat.

Packaging Specifications
