Surface Preparation
The exterior wall baseline substrate must be solid, dry, level, and completely free of loose dust, oil stains, moss, or peeling layers.
The wall moisture content must be 10% or less, and the substrate pH value must be below 10.
Any surface holes or cracks should be filled and leveled using exterior-use water-resistant putty, followed by thorough sanding and dust removal.
For weathered or aged old walls, all chalked, flaked, or blistered old coating layers must be thoroughly scraped away, and the remaining surface abraded and washed clean before application.
Application Conditions
Temperature & Humidity: The application temperature range is 5°C to 40°C with a relative humidity (RH) below 80%. The substrate surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point.
Constraints: Outdoor application is strictly prohibited during heavy winds, rain, snow, dense fog, or direct intense sunlight. Avoid working in low-temperature condensing environments.
Rain Protection: Protect the coated area strictly from rainwater washing within 24 hours post-application. Keep the application environment clean and well-ventilated to prevent debris from settling onto the un-dried paint film surface.
Coating System Compatibility
Preceding Systems: Exterior water-resistant wall putty, followed by an exterior wall alkali-resistant sealing primer.
System Constraint: This product is exclusively designed as an exterior wall topcoat and must not be mixed or paired with solvent-borne coatings. Using the dedicated specialized exterior primer will significantly optimize the overall waterproof and weathering performance.

Storage
Store this product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor warehouse. Ensure protection against freezing and direct sunlight.
Avoid sub-zero freezing and high-temperature exposure. Maintain the storage temperature range between 5°C and 30°C. The shelf life is 12 months under normal standard temperature conditions.
Safety Precautions
This product is a waterborne coating, non-toxic, and non-flammable. Maintain good ventilation throughout the application site.
High-altitude operations must be equipped with certified safety ropes/harnesses, and applicators must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as dust masks and protective gloves. Avoid prolonged inhalation of paint mist.
If paint contacts the skin, wash thoroughly with clean water and soap. If it splashes accidentally into the eyes, rinse immediately with a large volume of water and seek immediate medical attention. Clean all application tools with tap water immediately after use.
