表面准备
The surface of the substrate or intermediate coat must be clean, dry, and completely free of oil stains, corrosion, and contaminants.
Surface cleanliness should reach Sa2。5 grade (abrasive blasting) or Ah3 grade (manual/power-tool cleaning). Remove surface dirt, salts, and dust using appropriate detergents and high-pressure fresh water, allowing the surface to dry completely before coating.
When applying over old epoxy, polyurethane, or chlorosulfonated polyethylene coatings, the existing film must be abraded/roughened to ensure optimal intercoat adhesion.

Sub-Zero Operations: For applications below $0^\circ\text{C}$, the substrate surface must be entirely free of ice, snow, or frost, and anti-freezing measures must be taken to guarantee normal film formation.
