Performance and Uses

This product is a two-component, solvent-free, non-toxic, and high-performance coating formulated with epoxy resin as the base material, complemented with pigments and fillers.

Applications

Widely applicable for the internal lining of large storage containers, municipal water transmission pipelines, and long-distance water supply pipelines in industries such as food & beverage brewing, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, drinking water, hydropower, seawater desalination, and shipbuilding.

  • Application Methods: This coating is supplied in a two-component package and can be applied by roller, brush, or high-pressure airless spray.

Airless Spraying Guidelines

  1. Two-Component System: Pre-heat the base and curing agent separately to $75 \sim 90^\circ\text{C}$, then apply using specialized plural-component airless spray equipment.

  2. Single-Component System: Mix the base and curing agent thoroughly at a 6:1 weight ratio, dilute to 95% with the dedicated thinner, and then apply using standard single-component high-pressure airless spray equipment.

Surface Preparation

  • Steel surfaces must be abrasive-blasted to Sa2.5 or power-tool cleaned to St3 grade.

Application Conditions

  • Temperature Range: $10 \sim 35^\circ\text{C}$

  • Relative Humidity (RH): Below 85%

  • Substrate Temperature: Must be at least $3^\circ\text{C}$ above the dew point.

Note: Temperature and humidity measurements should be taken near the substrate. Coating operations are strictly prohibited during adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, fog, or strong winds.

  • Base (Part A): 24 kg

  • Curing Agent (Part B): 4 kg

Storage

  • Store this product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor warehouse. The shelf life is one year or longer under proper storage conditions.

Safety Precautions

  • All sources of ignition are strictly prohibited at the paint mixing and application areas. Ensure good ventilation.

  • Applicators must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent inhalation of paint mist and contact with eyes or skin.

  • If paint contacts the skin, wash immediately with soap and water. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
