Surface Preparation
The steel substrate surface must be clean, dry, and completely free of oil stains, dust, mill scale, and loose rust. Cleanliness should reach at least St3 grade using power-tool cleaning.
When overcoating existing coatings, the old film must be abraded and roughened to eliminate chalked or loose paint layers. Clean thoroughly before primer application.
Application Conditions
Temperature & Humidity: The application temperature range is 5 ~ 40°C with a relative humidity (RH) below 80%. The substrate surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point.
Constraints: Humidity levels must not be excessively high, as high-humidity environments easily induce flash rusting. Outdoor application is strictly prohibited during rain, snow, heavy fog, or severe wind and sandstorms.
Sub-Zero Warning: The application ambient temperature must never fall below 0°C. Low temperatures will cause latex emulsion breakage (phase separation), rendering the coating ruined and unusable.
Coating System Compatibility
Subsequent Coats (Topcoats): Waterborne Alkyd Topcoat, Waterborne Acrylic Topcoat, or standard solvent-borne Alkyd Topcoat.

Storage
Store this product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor warehouse. Ensure protection against freezing.
The storage temperature range must be maintained between 5°C and 30°C. The shelf life is one year under standard temperature conditions.
Safety Precautions
This product is a waterborne coating and is non-flammable. Maintain good ventilation throughout the application site.
Applicators must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent inhalation of paint mist and avoid contact with eyes or skin.
If paint contacts the skin, wash immediately with fresh water and soap. If it splashes accidentally into the eyes, rinse continuously with a large volume of water and seek immediate medical attention.
