Surface Preparation
The application baseline surface must be dry, clean, and completely free of oil stains, dust, and impurities. The preceding primer coat must be fully dry and free of surface dust or contamination.
When overcoating existing coatings, the old film must be abraded and roughened to eliminate chalked, peeling, or loose areas. Clean the surface thoroughly before application to guarantee optimal intercoat adhesion.
Application Conditions
Temperature & Humidity: The application temperature range is 5 ~ 40°C with a relative humidity (RH) below 80%. The substrate surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point.
Constraints: Application is strictly prohibited during high humidity, condensing conditions, or heavy fog to prevent the film from experiencing whitening or loss of gloss. Outdoor application is not recommended during rain, snow, heavy winds, or dusty conditions.
Sub-Zero Warning: Construction and storage ambient temperatures must never fall below 0°C. Freezing temperatures will cause latex emulsion breakage (phase separation), rendering the coating ruined and unusable.
Coating System Compatibility
Preceding Coats: Waterborne Acrylic Primer, Waterborne Epoxy Primer, Waterborne Zinc-Rich Primer, or Epoxy MIO (Micaceous Iron Oxide) Intermediate Paint.
System Constraint: Do not apply directly over aggressive solvent-borne coatings to prevent lifting or wrinkling (“paint biting”) of the undercoat.

Storage
Store this product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor warehouse. Ensure protection against freezing and direct sunlight.
Avoid high-temperature exposure and sub-zero freezing. Maintain the storage temperature range between 5°C and 30°C. The shelf life is 12 months under normal standard temperature conditions.
Safety Precautions
This product is a waterborne coating and is safe and non-flammable. Maintain good ventilation throughout the application site.
Applicators must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including dust/mist masks, protective gloves, and safety goggles. Avoid prolonged inhalation of paint mist.
If paint contacts the skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If it splashes accidentally into the eyes, rinse immediately with a large volume of water and seek immediate medical attention. Clean all tools with tap water immediately after use.
